| All items are handmade and therefore will vary in size, color, price and availability. Which is one reason why we don't have on-line ordering. We do things the old fashioned way to make sure you adopt the right piece. We want to talk to you. We will be happy to email or mail you photos of current pieces. Some artists accept special commissions. Call and check with us and we'll help you the best way we can! Jungle Drums Gallery will determine the best method and rate for shipping your artwork. Shipping costs are not included in the price of each piece and are determined by weight, packing material and destination. All items are packed by a professional shipper and are fully insured. Due to these variables, we are unable to quote shipping charges until after we know shipping destination and other requirements. We generally ship UPS ground, however you may request other services for quicker delivery if needed. We do not ship C.O.D. For web shoppers not happy with their selection, returns for store credit, exchange or refund must be made within 7 days of receiving the artwork by calling Jungle Drums Gallery at 239-395-2266 from 11 am - 6 pm Monday through Friday. Refunds are only available to the original purchaser of an item. The UPS tracking system is used to determine receipt date of shipment. All returns must be in original condition and packing and shipped via insured carrier. Shipping and handling for returns will not be refunded. |
