In 1987 with a promising future in golf, Renee hung up her golf clubs and began molding her first clay sculpture, a leaping marlin. A Florida native, her appreciation of marine life and trips on African safaris have inspired her aquatic and wildlife sculptures. Her limited edition doorknockers are cast in the lost wax method. The custom stainless steel hardware will not rust and cannot be removed from outside the door. Unlike brass, the bronze maintains its finish outdoors.
